1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The product must not be a customized, personalized, or clearance sale item, as these are non-returnable.
  • The return request must include proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to raavilogistics@gmail.com with the subject “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include:
    • Your full name and contact details
    • The reason for return
    • Photos of the product showing its condition (if applicable)
  2. Approval & Shipping Instructions:
    • Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed return shipping instructions.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.
  3. Return the Product:
    • Ship the product to the address provided in the return approval email.
    • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 When Will You Receive Your Refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

3.2 Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • Partial Refund: If the product is not in its original condition or is returned beyond the return period.
  • No Refund: If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria.

3.3 Non-Refundable Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective or incorrect products).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error with your order.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at raavilogistics@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos showing the damage or defect.
  • Your order details.

We will review the case and either send you a replacement at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
